Die Development

Cutting Division

Using Auto circular saw machine with auto loader and Shearing machine as well.

Forging Division

Cut Blanks are heated in induction billet heater.

Forging operation are done with drop hammers and subsequent trimming operation is done on power press and coining process is done on hydraulic press to achieve best dimensions with close tolerance in forging.

Grinding and Shot-Blasting Division

Extra flash material on forged components is removed by grinding.

De-scaled the forged surface in tumbler type shot-blasting machine.

Machining Division

Using VMC, CNC, Robo Drill, Auto Lathe, Auto Drill, and SPM machines to provide best quality products with short leading time.
